If you love lobster like we love lobster then you’ll appreciate our affinity for them goes well beyond the feast of it.

Now it’s true the official lobster season here on Nova Scotia’s South Shore opens the last Monday in November and runs until the end of May. In February however, while the fishermen take to the wide-open waters, we want you to see and celebrate that sensational seafood all month long!

You can be there to kick it all off with us as we set up along the shoreline with great anticipation. Will our Lucy the Lobster see her own shadow? Will there be six more weeks of winter? We’re never sure of that result but we can guarantee you’re in for a month’s worth of celebration.

Our Lobster Crawl is packed with a wide variety of ways you can join in the fun, all the way from Barrington, the “Lobster Capital of Canada” to Peggy’s Cove. From cheering on your favourite team to shopping up a storm. From developing your creative side to discovering the daily treasure in the Signature Scavenger Hunt we’ve created some fantastically fresh ways to take it all in.
