Baccaro Shoreline Clean Up: Quest to 100
Join the gang from Nova Scotia Lobster Crawl as we connect with the crew from Scotian Shores on Saturday, February 17th from 10am to 4pm at the Baccaro Lighthouse for a coastal cleanup of the shorelines along Baccaro Point.
With the goal of having 100 people collect 100 lost pots and 100 pounds of debris – we’re casting our net far and wide so we hope you’ll take part. It’s a great way to give back to the ocean which provides us with all those tasty lobsters PLUS you’ll have a chance to WIN GREAT PRIZES while you’re at it.
While we can’t do anything about the wild weather and winter storms that leave lobster traps and other fishing gear damaged and washed up on shore – we can lend a hand to clean up the mess left by those unavoidable circumstances.
This is a family friendly event but we will take all the strong arms we can find!
