Lucy Captures the Heart of Scotland

For as much as Groundhog Day is a tradition held every February 2nd here in North America, there’s no denying its global appeal. Look it up, and you’ll discover the very first furry prognosticator appeared on the scene all the way back in 1887 with the original Punxsutawney Phil at Gobbler’s Knob in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. It wasn’t long before other groundhogs in other places throughout the U.S. and Canada were looking to get in on the prediction game, but never before had there been a crustacean prognostication. That was until our Lucy the Lobster. Since her first foray into the February 2nd celebrations back in 2018, Lucy has been making waves around the world, and that includes the airwaves. Give a listen to the broadcast clip with Heart Radio UK’s own David Farrell as Lucy Captures the Heart of Scotland in 2026. (shoutout begins at 1:39)

BIG THANKS to David and his lovely station for including us in your broadcast. For information on Heart Scotland visit their official site here.
